Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00am-5:00pm

Friday 08:00am-4:00pm (paid until 5pm)

London Bridge Office Angels are looking for a confident Helpdesk Administrator to join a successful Cleaning Services company based near Elephant and Castle.

You will be joining a small but very friendly office and the ideal candidates will have previous Customer Service and Office Administration experience.

It would be beneficial if you can speak and understand either Spanish or Portuguese, however this is not essential. They are looking for someone bright with a naturally outgoing personality.

Duties of the role:

Answering all calls in the office
Stock control, purchasing and issuing consumables
Responding to enquiries via email and over the phone
Complete payroll
Liaising with clients and contractors and helping with any queries or questions they may have
Updating client database
Organising and booking deliveries
Recording and distributing meeting minutes
General administration duties

Requirements for the role:

Able to understand or speak Portuguese or the Spanish language – beneficial but not essential
Previous customer service experience
Office based experience
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
