We are looking for a highly driven, creative, curriculum specialist to join our College Management Team Head of Department Student Services Full time / permanent £43,838 per annum The role encompasses responsibility for the operational management and planning of services, which include learner support funding, careers services, health and wellbeing, student voice, library and literacy services, plus the provision of excellent enrichment, enterprise and personal development opportunities.
The role will include the operational management of our central team developing Industry Placement opportunities for level 3 and T Level learners, and working with every curriculum department to engage employers in a way that generates exciting developmental experiences for learners.
The right candidate will be an experienced and competent manager with a proven record of improving services and outcomes for learners.
Budget management experience and an understanding of public sector funding is essential, as is the ability to coordinate a wide and varied range of services and staff expertise.
