They achieve all this through the administration of charitable trust funds, realisation of Welfare Benefits, Debt Advice, Welfare Reform services and emergency fuel payments. Their clients are the major water and energy utility companies, local authorities and the NHS. Due to continual growth, Auriga Services are recruiting a Head of Finance opportunity to successfully lead their finance department. Key Deliverables: – Reporting directly to the Finance Director. – Partnering with both internal and external key stakeholders. – Effectively managing and leading the accounting team. – Producing & providing detailed MI reports for all key stakeholders. – Accurate monthly cash flow forecasting alongside budget and P&L forecasting. – Prepare and review of monthly management accounts. – Financial Analysis. – Producing effective and accurate operational finance KPI reports. – Year-end and quarterly audit preparation. – Ability to take ownership and accountability to help provide the best strategic financial direction for the Company. – Ad-hoc projects The Successful Candidate: – CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent. – Have a proven successful track record of leading a team. – Charity experience is preferable, but not essential. – Must have an operational “hands on” approach. – Strong analytical ability. – Strong PC skills including Excel and Sage 50. – Will be passionate about the Company and its values.
