Reporting to the Managing Director of Cube Homes, the Head of Cube Homes Development will provide support in the delivery of Cube Homes Business Strategy, pursuant to the targets and objectives of the Cube Homes Business Plan. About You: For a successful application you will need to hold a relevant degree or higher, as well as any relevant professional qualifications. Ideally, you will be able to show evidence of commitment towards continued personal development. You will have proven experience in a property development role, alongside management of programmes, projects, contracts and cashflow. You will possess successful leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary development team including project managers and staff. You hold experience of generating and delivering new business opportunities, and have knowledge and understanding of risk and audit management. You will also have a detailed understanding of the role and application of various forms of market and demographic research, to ensure accurate underwriting of sales income and sales rate assumptions for financial appraisals. of You’ll have a detailed understanding of the planning and technical issues relating to front end property development work, including, but not limited to planning applications, highways, drainage, utilities, ground conditions and basic engineering solutions. You should have a detailed understanding of financial appraisal assumptions and feasibility assessment of development opportunities, alongside an understanding of land negotiation, due diligence and acquisition.
