Growth Marketing role within an exciting SaaS organisationReporting to the COOGrowth Marketing role that will focus on driving qualified leads to the sales teams in the UKWell-funded start up that have not stopped growing – even during the pandemicThis campaign manager will be the company’s first marketing hireThe Role: This Growth Marketing Manager is a key hire within this growing technology business. Reporting to the COO, the objective of the role is to provide highly qualified leads for the sales team. The role will be responsible for creating and executing demand generation campaigns across email, events and digital channels. The Growth Marketing Manager will work with experts to create content and then use this content to fill the top of the funnel with opportunity pipeline, setting up nurture campaigns (Hubspot /Salesforce and Events) and providing MQL’s and SQL’s to the sales team. This is the first marketing hire for the business so you need to be comfortable working in a standalone role. Responsibilities for the position of Growth Marketing Manager include:Managing customer retention and acquisition campaignsGenerating and qualifying marketing leadsDefining what a lead will be for the sales team, and developing the conversion funnelDeveloping a lead generation marketing strategy to support sales with revenueWorking with Hubspot to develop their marketing automation capabilityUtilising digital marketing channels to create engaging campaignsSuccessfully manage and develop the existing marketing team To be considered for this role you must have:At least three years of high-performance senior Demand Gen marketing experience in an international setting.Strong digital experience – in particular LinkedIn and ‘owned’ source performance (website, social profiles)The ability to create manage and oversee multiple complex inbound nurture flowsLead the development of a coherent demand generation plan based on the strategic planStrong multichannel campaign experience, ranging from ideation, to execution and optimisationVery strong analytic skills and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the levers of campaign optimisationDemonstrable experience in creating campaigns based on customer insight/industry trendsLead the development of customer insights required to validate demand-generation plansUnderstand the fundamentals of paid marketing and be able to demonstrate current insight into what works.Have a track record of using digital channels to drive demand.Track record of high-performing outbound email campaigns – and demonstrate knowledge of the latest practises in email marketing The Company: The company are a SaaS organisation that provide integrated data management solutions to the alternative investments industry.
