SF is partnering exclusively with a high growth PE backed manufacturing business to recruit a newly created Part Time (3-3.5 days per week) FP&A Analyst into the structure. The role will report directly into the Financial Controller and will be crucial in providing performance analysis, ensuring strong decision-support processes and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. It will drive results through quality analysis, financial control and evaluation of business opportunities. Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Key responsibilities will include Preparation and reporting of Group Reports including Weekly Cash and Weekly Flash. Monitoring financial performance of the Group, and providing analysis and commentaries, including Risks and Opportunities. Develop Budget / Forecast financial models incorporating Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow. Develop Product Profitability reporting across the Group, with the development of reports to be rolled out across the business to enhance understanding of the key drivers of the business. Consolidation of Group annual Budgets and quarterly forecasts and subsequent preparation of financial presentations, with detailed analysis required for all Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow. Sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Reporting and variance analysis of key Working Capital Metrics Develop Working Capital (and other financial) KPI’s and ensure consistency of reporting. Develop, implement, and monitor a Group Debt Collection Policy. Validate, monitor, and report synergy benefits as identified in due diligence process. Preparation of Forecasts. Lead Financial Integration of acquired businesses. Ad hoc financial analysis / modelling as well as lead on group projects The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can work with key stakeholders across the business, adopts an organised and systematic approach to work and incorporates flexibility to respond to changes in tasking, Ensures that decisions are made; evaluates priorities and timescales and informs others of decisions.
