Group Finance Manager
Our client is an international, £multi-billion organisation with a proven track record of growth. The business provides services and products to B2B and B2C markets and is an established market leader, with subsidiaries across Europe. We are looking for a technically strong, practice-trained ACA looking to further their post-practice career in a fast-moving, growing business. As Group Finance Manager you will work as a part of a team that manages all elements of group reporting for the business and a number of ongoing projects, in particular relating to M&A and growth opportunities. You will work closely with the finance leadership team and your duties will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts, multi-currency group consolidations and supporting commentary for the finance and business leadership team Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, month-end schedules, intercompany transactions and balances Joint Venture accounting and statutory consolidation of all the group's pan-European subsidiariesManage cash balances and cash flow requirementsProvide finance support to projects relating to business expansion/M&A Skills & Attributes Qualified Accountant, preferably gained in a Big 4/Top 10 PracticeExperience of working with complex reporting requirements in an international business environmentProven technical skills and experience of auditing and/or reporting within IFRS/SOX Experience of group reporting & consolidation, ideally international/multi-currencyComfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving business environment
