For this Primary Teaching Assistant role, you will be working with children in EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (depending on your preference) and you will be working with children on a 1:1 basis and within small groups offering support where needed in their everyday learning. You will be working closely alongside the classroom teacher who will support and guide you within the day-to-day classroom activities.

Your responsibilities will include making the most of the extensive list of resources you will have at your disposal will be a key part of your role as working with visual sensory rooms and other facilities will prepare you for the duties of a teacher. Aside from supporting in class, you will lead your own group activities and teach 1:1 and part of the role is to work with SEN students.

For this Primary Teaching Assistant role, you must hold a relevant degree with a 2:1 minimum. You must also hold strong GCSE results.
