This global fast paced media/creative company requires an experienced Global HR Process & Service Delivery Excellent Director to join them on a permanent basis. The role is a critical hire for the business and will act as a core member of the Global HROO and will collaborate with stakeholders in all regions to design global HR processes as well as evolving the HR operating model as part of the wider business transformation.

Key Accountabilities include

  • Leading global process design and deployment initiatives
  • Managing the global HR process
  • Setting the global standards for how global processes are to be documented
  • Determines key areas of prioritisation for process and service delivery improvement
  • Establishes the framework for continuous improvement and delivery excellence
  • Supports global HR operations to document, streamline and standardise the way global and regional services are delivered
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity and opportunities to improve HR service delivery

Desirable skills

  • Experience of leading large end to end process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in a global organisation
  • Experience of leading workstreams for HR Operating Model Transformation programmes, ideally with a strong process lens
  • Ability to keep an employee experience lens front and centre of process design
  • Led and facilitated process design workshops with global stakeholders
  • Assessment of processes to determine how to improve quality and efficiency and / or reduce rework or cost, and improve the ability to deliver desired services
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships with many types of stakeholder; able to flex style and engagement depending on the audience
  • Great communication and active listening skills – a team player with a positive, can-do outlook and a collaborative and energetic approach
  • Good knowledge of HR systems (ideally Workday) and use of automation to drive process efficiencies
  • Familiar with Lean or six sigma process thinking
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of initiatives and strategies
