German speaking Technical Support
100% remote role ‘WFH’. Technical Support Analyst – German speaking. Are you technically-minded and have passion for troubleshooting and fixing things, perhaps via commercial experience – or even as a hobbyist / pastime? Fluent in German? Great customer skills? If so, I’d love to hear from you!
Contrary to the above, this is not a ‘hands-on’ role; it is a fully remote (you can work from home), ‘service desk’ position providing support to clients in Germany who are using my customer’s systems – advanced 2D and 3D imaging devices, together with an element of IT support surrounding these networked machines.
It’s a permanent career opportunity – a position you can really settle with and grow for the long-term, with different levels of support, steadily developing to a position with a more global remit.
Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs (1hr lunch): either (Apply online only)hrs or (Apply online only)hrs.
Full and ongoing training will be given but the client does seek: a base level of technical ability ( electronics ) they can build upon; someone who is a logical thinker who can work through problems and solve a variety of issues; someone who wants to learn and develop.
(Other additional languages such as Italian, Spanish or French always useful).
