German speaking HR Operations Associate
A global market-leading biopharmaceutical company is currently looking for a German speaking HR Associate to work within the HR Department based in Stockley Park. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits and act as a subject matter expert for the German market. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract that will require you to work from the office in Stockley Park 2 days per week and you can work remotely for 3 days.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits from employees across Germany
Managing the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date
Acting as the subject matter expert regarding benefits and general HR duties
Improving processes by identifying problems and recommending solutionsAbout you:

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function. Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience working in an HR function is essential
Have a familiarity and understanding of benefits policies in Europe
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and attentional to detail
