German speaking Customer Support Executive
Our client, a successful mobile app, is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Executive to join them in their Hatfield's office (30 minutes from King's Cross station).
This is a permanent position where you will be working on a hybrid scheme (2 days from the office and the rest from home!) and you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support across the German & UK markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Interacting with customers mainly via email and LiveChat to resolve queries effectively and professionally.
Providing first-class advice and information about the App.
Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients.About you:
It is essential for you to be a customer-oriented individual and to have superb problem-solving skills, as well as excellent German and English language skills. Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Client Service Executive, Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Support Agent
Previous experience using Zendesk is desirable.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
