The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor in their field with international links.

*** Fully office based role ***
*** Monday – Friday with shorter working day on Fridays ***

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:
– To process orders into the database and carry out general administration
– To learn the product in order to advise customers on suitability
– To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
– To liaise with other departments such as Shipping and Finance teams regarding special invoicing or delivery instructions

The Candidate:
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in customer service – Desirable
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
