German speaking Customer Service

Hybrid/remote role

£24,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join an expanding and growing company within the west midlands. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and possess excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

Fluent in German verbal and written
Dealing with customer queries
Staying calm under pressure, polite and having a good manner
Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
keeping track of day to day duties and using initiative

Desirable

Previous Customer service experience (not essential)
Happy to work hybrid
Willing to learn
French speaking (not essential)
