German Speaking Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced German Speaking Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, adaptable with a can-do attitude.

About the role

Ensure the effective credit control and timely payment of outstanding invoices
Responsible for debt collection of new and renewal invoices
Conduct timely telephone follow-up calls
Schedule follow-up activities for yourself and others
Take incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel
Provide backup cover as required for Client Services Team
Conduct all telephone, email and written correspondence with clients in a professional and courteous manner within company guidelinesAbout you

Fluent in German, both verbal and written
Ideally two years' experience in an administrative role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Experience of using a variety of Finance systems
