You will be supporting the sales team to speak with businesses who have enquired about products and services online, making outbound warm calls to take further information from the client and booking appointments for the business development executives to close the sale.

Duties of the French Speaking Customer Coordinator position

Answer incoming enquiries from the website, ensuring each one is followed up
Taking full customer details, including name and contact information, and also what courses and/or qualifications they'd like to discuss further
Assign enquiries to business development executives to convert this into a sale
Promote the company and wider offerings
Update the internal system, Salesforce, with all the information
Ensure invoices are paid on time and correctly
Assign customers to specific teams dependant on sector, size etc
Provide excellent service as the first point of contact within the company

Skills required to be successful as a French Speaking Customer Coordinator

Fluent in French is essential
Great communication and administration skills
Confident on the phone, with the ability to build rapport with a range of people
Excited about working in a global company with ongoing career development opportunities
Great interpersonal skills and confident talking over the phone
