Job Role: French Customer Support
Hours: Monday – Friday
Harper Recruitment group are looking for a Customer Service Champion, our client – a leading design and solutions business have a position within the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team
You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with B2B Customers in the French market space, providing exceptional support and product knowledge.
What will the role involve?
Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
Launching new product ranges with customer base
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
Sales administration duties
Identifying “up-sell” opportunities
Coordinate customer schedules
Supporting field-based account managers with daily sales activity
Ensuring customer SLA's are achieved
Updating product knowledgeEssential criteria:
Proven Sales Administration/Account Management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
