Bancroft’s, one of the country’s leading coeducational day schools, is looking for an efficient and enthusiastic person to join its busy IT Department, to provide first-line IT support to users at all levels within the organisation. This is a challenging role that will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, gain knowledge, and progress their career.
Excellent customer-facing, communication, and administration skills are essential as the successful candidate will be dealing with calls in real-time and meeting SLA’s from 30mins to 4 hours. Previous IT Support (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Networking and Printer knowledge) will be necessary for this role, but onsite training and mentoring will be provided. The ideal person for this role will be confident, self-motivating and hardworking, with good decision-making skills.
The position is full-time, 52 weeks, with 27 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays. The hours are 08:00 – 16:30, 37.5 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break.
The position will close on Monday 5 July 2021, and interviews will take place shortly after.
