Financial Accounts Assistant FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accounts Assistant (FTC) to join our Finance team in Colwick, Nottingham to provide maternity cover. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities within the Hillarys finance team, and reports to the Financial Accounts and Compliance Manager. The purpose of this role is to: • Take an active involvement in financial month end process • Assist with the Fixed Asset register & audit • Assist with Duty rate and reporting within SAP • Complete of all Irish VAT returns • Complete of Intrastat reporting • Assist the commercial management accountant with reporting • Ad hoc investigation and reporting as required by various areas within Finance About you The successful and ideal candidate: • AAT Qualification is desirable or be working towards. • Experience of using SAP is desirable • Confident communicating with the wider business and an effective telephone manner • Confident using MS office – Excel, Outlook , Word In return you will receive a wide range of benefits including generous staff discount (for you and your family and friends!), and a healthcare and lifestyle benefits package.
