We are seeking a Financial Compliance Manager who is bilingual with fluent English & German for this fantastic opportunity within a well established organisation.

The successful candidate will possess:

Experience and confidence in networking and building strong relationships with stakeholders across different units, operating companies and management levels

Professionally you will be able to:

Is able to ensure that both Supplier and the company deliver their respective financial compliance obligations on a global basis according to the company’s Supplier Governance Framework through the sourcing process (RFI, RFP, as well as smaller requests)

Very good knowledge in monitoring variances to expected PO spend levels PO consumption, ensuring supplier invoices can be paid and debt levels are kept to an acceptable level.

Maintain an overview of the Supplier Statement of account, ensuring supplier invoices can be paid and debt levels are kept to an acceptable level, ensuring any process issues are fixed and identifying process improvements.

Able to deliver process improvement/automation within Financial Governance processes.

Can support financial adjustments and operational negotiations with Service Providers, including valuation of financial impact of changes in statement of work.

Very good knowledge in providing regular Management reporting on all aspects of Supplier financial performance including service performance, related service credit mechanisms and dashboards as agreed with Service Owners.

Ensure that Customer and Supplier have the necessary internal financial controls in place to comply with applicable legislation and regulations including KonTraG (Gesetz zur Kontrolle und Transparent im Unternehmensbereich).

Complete understanding of applicable contractual obligations able to identify when Supplier is not meeting them and drive compliance topics

Able to implement automization reporting on projects, ensure that all internal processes are compliant with Governance Frameworks

Formal Finance qualification along with at least 5 years experience within a finance role is required as a minimum for this role. A strong understanding of group wide IT processes and governance would also be neccessary
