Background: We are supporting a Financial Services business in Reading who are looking to hire a junior finance analyst to work in a small finance team. You must be eager to develop and have excellent communication skills. The Role: – Financial oversight for all Financial and MI – Analyse compliance data – Translate complex analytical output into meaningful messages for non finance staff – Financial analysis/data preparation – Assist in management account preparation – Monthly balance sheet recs What's required: – ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified – Degree level educated – 2 – 4 years post graduate finance experience – Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables – Strong communication skills
