Marks Sattin is working with a fantastic growing business based in Maidenhead, who are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a Permanent basis.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.The role would sit in a wider, supportive Finance team, and would suit candidates with minimum 12 months experience, AAT Studiers or previous experience using the system Netsuite.

The duties would include but aren’t limited to

Review, raise and verify client invoices, upload invoices into financial system Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment Process expense reports Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Bank reconciliations Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure payments are up to date Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries Maintain client POs and credit control Assist with month-end closing
