Salary: £26,000 – £28000 + Discretionary Bonus

Main Responsibilities

First line response to reactive repairs on building furniture.

Minor building fabric repairs

Minor decorating tasks

Basic plumbing repairs

Toilet facilities and replenishment of consumables

Gardening, mowing and strimming.

ADHOC porterage duties (Moves & changes, furniture management & moves, etc.)

Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned inspections

·Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Ideal Candidate

Essential skills​

Must hold a full UK driver's license

Ability to record work accurately on work sheets

Basic Joinery and building skills.

Responsible for self and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and subsequent UK and EU amendments

​Desirable skills

FLT operator

MEWP trained and in date

JCB operator

Have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management

Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment
