We have a new exciting opportunity for an Exports Administrator to join our new Exports team, here in our Support Centre in Speke. You will be working full time, 5 days but you will need to be able to work on a monthly rota that will include 1 weekend day. As an Exports Administrator, you will play a key role in providing effective & efficient support in our Export department. To be successful, it is essential that you can work at pace, have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail. The Key Accountabilities in the role are: • Log receipt of shipping documents • Cross check all documents & process for clearance • Highlight issues/errors on documents to buyers • Chase missing documents with buyers • Validation checks of invoices • Opening & distribution of imports post • Processing original documents & checking bills of lading for submission to freight forwarders The Skills/Experience required are: • Excellent Microsoft Excel & Word skills • Good numeracy skills • Able to work at pace with accuracy • Great attention to detail and able to work on own initiative • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure & good time management • Able to build strong internal relationships with various departments of the business • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential If you are looking for a new challenge within a busy team and a growing business, apply online today!
