An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Emergency Planning Officer to join our existing team and contribute to the assurance for Devon County Council and our communities on emergency planning, training and exercising in response to national and regional risks and incidents. You will be an experienced Emergency Planner, have excellent communication and partnership skills and a track record of team working, demonstrated leadership in developing and delivering training and be able to confidently examine national and regional learning and provide recommendation to senior officers of relevant local mitigations or controls. Starting salary £32,910 + approx. 1 week in 5 duty shift allowance.
