Yolk Engineering are partnered with this global leader in electronic manufacturing who have created a new opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their well-established development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a business with a global reputation for producing innovative high-end products that has continued to exceed growth expectations throughout 2020 and 2021, contributing towards the integration of wireless connectivity and data communications into an expanding product portfolio.

You’ll gain exposure to end to end project work, will have the opportunity to add considerable value by inputting your creative ideas and expertise and though the team has long embraced part WFH you’ll also be able to see your work go from concept to delivery as all commercial, development and manufacturing departments are on site.

The experience you’ll bring to the team as an Embedded Software Engineer

· A formal qualification in a system or software engineering discipline OR proven experience in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of Embedded C / C++

· Experience developing products using wireless communications: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.

· An understanding of cloud interfacing and IoT related techniques and protocols.
