Office Manager & Personal Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager & Personal Assistant to assist one of the Principals and support a busy team of 12 Investment Bankers at a Financial Investment firm based in Central London.

Your Personal Assistant duties will include:

Assist in diary management such as coordinating client meetings
Co-ordination and management of detailed travel schedules (business and private)
Personal Assistance for the Principal include: help with property management & coordination with house staff
Help with all admin relating to the Principal's personal life.

Your Office Manager duties will include:

Order stationery and groceries for the office
Liaise with service providers: building manager, IT service providers
Booking travel for the team when required
Work closely with the COO and ensure smooth running of the office

Please note for this role it is required for you to be able to speak French at a business level.
