Location: Remote Based (UK only)
Duration: Temporary, 12 months (potential scope for permanent role for right candidate)
Hours: 35 hours per week: Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate, working with our client a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.

The role:

Provide excellent levels of customer service to the company's Dutch speaking Merchants as well as providing internal support. You will be supporting a range of services by swiftly and accurately responding to phone calls from our customers, making it easy to do business with the company, while solving customer issues and celebrating their value.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering outstanding service in every interaction and leaving a lasting positive impression by utilising the company Customer First servicing ethos
Respond quickly and accurately to Merchant customer questions and issues via phone and cases
Own issues to the point of resolution
Offer Merchant customers unique solutions
Managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
We do what's right – With a curious mind to always do better you will suggest new ways to improve processes and customer care
This role has a nice balance of both customer service and back office duties, you will be taking on around 7 calls a day (dependent on work load) and the rest will be case work
In your role you must be:

Fluent in Dutch and English – written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multi-tasking skills
Confident in your approach
Motivated and committed to serve customers – offering an outstanding customer experience is your key driver
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills together with active listening skills
Reliable – your team members can count upon you
Pro-actively seeks opportunities for improvement
Solution orientated
Being Flexible in supporting other teams where there is demand
