Document Controller – Health and Safety

The Position We are looking for a Document Controller to assist the Health and Safety department to liaise with the internal Galliard teams on the below procedures based from our Head Office in Loughton: • Issue matrix to the Project Manager to determine content and structure of the Health & Safety Files Operation & Maintenance Manuals, for final handover. • To coordinate the Project Specification requirements in respect of the Health & Safety File and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for final handover. • Support the Galliard Construction Project team(s) about the co-ordination and finalisation of the Health & Safety Files and Operation &Maintenance Manuals for handover. • Liaise with Material Suppliers & Galliard Construction contractors (Purchasing, Commissioning, BIM, Operations, etc.) to gather required information. • Cross reference information received to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Issue the Health & Safety Files and Operation & Maintenance Manuals for draft format for approval. • Update status reports of project documentation progressed periodically. • Other administrative duties, as required from time to time, related to this role. • Working collaboratively team environment to help achieve efficient project delivery. Desirable: • Administration Qualification / experience. • Experience of and exposure to high profile and high-rise projects. • Working knowledge of Health & Safety within construction • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
