We are seeking a Dispatch Administrator/ Clerk to join our client in Hurn. This is a key support role within the Planning team. With a clear passion for interpreting data and advanced Excel skills, you will be a self-motivated with outstanding administration skills. With longer term progression opportunities within their business this is a great role for someone looking to gain experience within a global organization and further their career. You will: • Generating Invoices, certificates, and documents to support dispatching of goods to global customer base • Supporting the Materials Planning team with a range of administrative tasks • Customer portal interface for downloads • Extracting and updating data from customer portals • Extracting and maintaining data from the ERP system, • Using data to generate MOPs and KPIs • Supporting Inventory analysis and stock checking tasks • Completion of basic planning tasks as needed to support the planning team • Identifying and suggesting areas for process improvement You will be: • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Confident key board skills and good attention to detail • Some knowledge of invoicing process, possibly with an understanding of export procedures, OGELs, incoterms, HTS codes • Confident Excel skills to an advanced level including use of Pivot tables, macros, formulas and graphs • Experience gained from working in manufacturing or planning would be desirable • Willing to learn and grow with the business opportunities within planning Based near to Hurn, own transport would beneficial.
