This role will assume responsibility for the overall success of the Company’s Workforce Services strategic communications and public relations efforts, including:

Establish a vision with measurable goals by increasing brand exposure and driving a high performing, streamlined product. Provide strategic marketing communications expertise and oversee the delivery of innovative internal and external communications tactics Partner with our division president to build the company’s portfolio to lead the development and implementation of short and long-term communications campaigns and plans. Partner with key customers and stakeholders on collective strategies Serve as media spokesperson, responsible for all media relations. Assist with media strategy and reputation management for reactive crisis and sensitive communications needs. Providing timely and effective counsel, confidential strategy and execution Oversee rollout strategies for new customer opportunities, strategic partnership initiatives and new training systems. Facilitate and lead special projects, campaigns and thought leadership opportunities. Proactively provide counsel to launch results-driven strategic plans for branding and share of voice. Discover, develop, prioritize and execute successful brand lift opportunities Provide supervision and support for team members, project budgeting and general oversight; effectively managing up, down and across organization

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field is a must Minimum ten years of progressive leadership experience in strategic marketing communications Knowledge of large organization workforce operations is preferred Ideal candidates must have exceptional, top-tier public relations, interpersonal, as well as verbal/written communications skills Strong leadership, analytic and strategic planning skills, including evidence of ability to work across organizational boundaries to achieve results A track record of building, managing and mentoring high-performing teams that produce timely, cost-effective, high-quality results
