The Role: Looking for an ambitious digital marketing leader to come on board and help them ramp up digital marketing and SEO in more than 14 markets. Want an exciting challenge at a fast-paced startup? Keep reading.
Looking for:
* A digital marketer with 4+ years of PPC and SEO experience
* You'll help build and manage a small team looking after global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages
* Someone who can write compelling copy that delivers results
* You'll be analytical and data-driven – working closely with the data science team to make smart decisions
* Someone with a deep knowledge of the latest paid and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side
Day to day:
* Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
* Hiring and mentoring junior digital marketers
* Creating a global paid strategy
* Creating a global SEO strategy – including multiple languages
* Running an experiment roadmap to help them understand what works best
* 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (agency or client-side), ideally with a focus on mobile acquisition
* Ability to work in the UK without sponsorship
* Able to commute to London at least twice a week
* French or Arabic language skills would be a bonus
* Strong understanding and previous experience using SQL
* In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (UAC campaigns a plus)
* In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and how SEO and Paid work in tandem
* Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile
* Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
* Eager to learn, you'll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future they are building
