Digital Marketing Officer Part Time 25 hours Per Week £24,000 – £26,000 Can you help and inspire Support to a local Company to help persecuted Christians around World? The role is to support the Fundraising and Marketing team with all aspects of all marketing, awareness and fundraising. RESPONSIBLE FOR At the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, key areas of responsibility to include: Support/Cover for the Digital Marketing Manager • Researching, writing and delivering regular website material including Campaign and Resource pages (using HTML), using a range of media. • Liaising with the Trading Department to ensure that all products and trading promotions are correctly reflected in the online shop and editing, as required. • Liaising with other teams and uploading resources and materials, as required. • Budgetary and administrative support. • Google Analytics and other results reporting support. Email Marketing • Support role in researching, writing and delivering regular supporter and segmented e-newsletters – MailChimp. Social Media • Creating, developing and implementing annual social media plans, in-line with the Fundraising and Marketing Team objectives, in collaboration with other members of the UK team, and international teams, where appropriate. • Creating and scheduling a varied programme of social media posts : Fundraising, Events, Trading; Advocacy; Recruitment – Hootsuite. • Responsibility for growing and developing ACN’s profile and following across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube. Design and Content Creation • Building videos in support of fundraising and marketing initiatives – premiere pro • Editing videos for community and Scotland team • Social media content and graphics design using Photoshop, spark • Social media and photographic support at ACN events • Design for graphics, flyers, programme booklets – InDesign, Photoshop, spark Facebook Advertising • Devising and A/B testing Facebook Advertising to meet a range of fundraising and marketing needs, results reporting and ensuring that results are coded correctly in our CRM system Google AdWords • Maintaining keyword integrity and seasonal appropriateness so that ACN can take full advantage of the Google Grant we have been allocated. Third Party Marketing Responsibility for developing digital fundraising opportunities through third party providers including: • JustGiving/Give as you Live/Give a Car/Your Catholic Legacy/Amazon Smile/Much Loved etc. Digital Advocates • Increase regular feeds and contact with Catholic bloggers/influencers • Recruit and maintain contact with ACN digital advocates/influencers TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Salary £24,000 – £26,000 per annum, according to experience. • Part-time: 25 hours per week, days and hours worked to be agreed. • Flexible working: both office based and working from home. • Laptop and mobile phone. • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays after five full years of employment. • Time in lieu policy plus mileage and out of pocket expenses for working at ACN events. • Auto-enrolment onto our pension scheme after three months’ probation with 5% matched contributions. • After probation, 50% funded further qualifications that are relevant to the role, plus paid exam days. • Relevant annual professional memberships funded in full.
