Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our family in the East Dunbartonshire as a Caregiver. Are you kind? Compassionate? Have a big heart and want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients? As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep them independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver.` However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

As a Daytime Caregiver you would be responsible for looking after clients during the following times:

Monday – 9:15am to 2pm

Tuesday – 9:15am to 2pm

Wednesday – 9:15am to 2pm

Thursday – 9:15am to 2pm

Friday – 9:15am to 2pm

Duties

Providing personal care including all hygiene requirements & prompting medication Carry out domestic tasks such as cooking & cleaning and accompanying your client to any medical/personal appointments Be a companion to your client caring for their mental health & wellbeing Build a trusting, friendly relationship with all clients Travelling between client homes means a driver’s licence & own car is essential Updating our fantastic App on each visit so family members can see how their loved ones are getting on

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a CAREGiver. We believe empathy is far more important than experience, so do not worry if you haven’t done it before we give you all the tools you need to fulfil this role.
