Data Specialist – REMOTE – 24K – 30K

Location: Remote Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 Per Annum, dependent on skills and experience

Mytown was formed specially to help with the challenges facing local authorities and small business owners * Our model focusses on a combination of recurring revenues and fixed contracts

Growth is both organic and via acquisitions The company has raised circa £2.4m to date from 100 shareholders across UK, USA, France, Germany and Norway. The intention is to raise a further £500,000 of Pre-IPO funding shortly, followed by a larger capital raise and subsequent listing on one of the markets of the London Stock Exchange.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join the Mytown Technologies corporate team as a Data Administrator. This individual will work to manage our website and company data, structure categories, liaise with inbound customers, update shareholders and perform administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing:

* Categories – Management of business listings, products & places
* Data – Manage GDPR for the company, ensure databases are up to date and accurate, source and upload new data
* Sales & Marketing Liaison- Implementing a new process with our sales team inc lead distribution and manage distribution of marketing material to potential SME customers
* Shareholders -manage data and updates, share certificate distribution and EIS/HMRC application tracking
* Reports – Produce management reports (sales, marketing, ops, finance etc)

What you'll need to succeed:

* Excellent organisation & communication skills
* Database audit & cleansing
* Advanced Excel
* Microsoft Power BI dashboard creation
* Finance admin and experience is desirable
* Working remotely to tight timescales

About you:

To succeed in this role you will need to have great attention to detail and computer literacy skills. As well as this you will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, shareholders and other team members as well as being able to prioritise your own workload.
