Cyber Security Sales Manager

The Role: For this role it is essential you have at least 3-4 years in direct people management as a 'First Line Manager' within the IT sector and also a strong history in sales. The Sales Manager is tasked with developing and supporting the Business Development Representatives to deliver and make, the already cohesive team, a force to be reckoned with! The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks outside-of-the-box, initiates developments and is highly self motivated. Able to lead without being over bearing, to have their own career path structured and work for the greater good. What we're looking for: • 3-4 years experience with IT sales and leadership • A strong understanding of technology platforms within Business (Cyber Security would be a distinct advantage) • Exceptional communications skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic demeanour • Self motivated with a diligent work ethic • High level of integrity and commitment to build a successful company • Work independently and as part of a face paced team • Adept computer skills • Methodical approach with a high level of emotional intelligence • You're success is not just down to you as an individual but also because of your direct team-you'll be cohesive and want them to be just as successful, if not more so Our Client values excellence, creative courage, bright ideas and the ability to have fun whilst at work.
