Customer Support Advisor (German Speaking)

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a Customer Service Advisor (German Line). You must have previous customer service experience and be able to speak fluently in German & English as well as written.

Monday to Friday 8.30-5 / 9-5.30
Hybrid working will be offered once training is complete
Up to £25,000 DOE
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Main Duties;
o Accurately capture and retain data from customers on product enquiries and faults into the company systems, enabling replacements to be issued within agreed department SLA
o Understand people and can effectively manage expectations over the phone and via email and social media
o Support UK lines as and when needed
o Provide first line support and advice to customers
o Achieve department KPI's targets ensuring the customer service levels are to the correct standard
o Be responsible for attending the correct level of training and be part of the Training Academy process: Ensuring that you stay up to date with all new products, product modifications, processes, and regulations
o Be a part of an evolving team: Challenge the status quo to do things better and offer improvement suggestions
o Collaborate with other areas of the business to assist in ensuring our customers receive the best customer experience possible

Person Specification;
o Previous customer service experience either over the phone or face to face
o Must be able to speak fluently in German & English as well as written
o Good communicator
o Team player
o Bubbly, friendly and professional
