Customer Supply Chain Planner – Spanish Speaking

This is an opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing cosmetics brands globally. They are seeking Spanish Speaking supply chain candidates for their developing operations team.

Client Details

The client are one of the biggest cosmetics brands across the world, based in London, but also now growing out to Ireland, the US, Canada, the Netherlands and the German markets, along with near-global online distribution, all of them achieving record launches and blistering growth. Due to this performance, the business is growing rapidly across all departments and have exciting opportunities to join the team in their beautiful London Head Office.


This role will be the glue between internal sales and operational teams, as well as customers for our fulfilment partners, driving our operational execution and service levels. You will be the primary contact for the wholesale and retail customers, you will have a very strong influence on how these partners value the efficiency and competence of our operations. To be successful, you will need to:

Communicate effectively to manage expectations in the event of new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays, out of stocks, etc.
Manage and streamline order to receipt flow as well as Systems administration and ERP health checks
Design a new inventory management SOPs and execute, implement with stakeholders
Understand and maintain optimal inventory levels within tight commercial, operational & other resource constraints
Provide support and assistance to the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager and the National Accounts team
Understand operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiency'sProfile

This role will be reporting into the Supply Chain Manager for the EMEA. The successful candidate will have;

Spanish speaking at a professional level
Strong excel skills with ability to use complex formulas
Outstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomalies quickly
The ability to demonstrate examples of building and improving customer relationships
The ability to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result
Experience with an ERP system is highly desirable, someone IT savvy
