Our client, a highly regarded company based in Ipswich, is currently seeking to appoint a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to lead and motivate a busy team of Customer Service Executives. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Providing effective support to the Customer Service team with regards to customer enquiries and acting as an escalation point for customer complaint handling • Ensuring that all orders and credits processed within the department are efficiently and accurately handled • Training new employees on procedures, processes, and computer systems. Proactively identifying training needs of staff, and offering advice, product training and guidance to the teams when necessary • Regular call listening to ensure employees are maintaining the business’ high service levels • Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline business processes • Assisting the Customer Service Manager with employee performance reviews Applicants must be able to lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives in a professional and auditable manner to ensure the servicing of accounts is actively undertaken and be responsible for identifying training needs and requirements for team members. Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience gained from within a similar team leader position • An aptitude for people management with the ability to motivate and drive performance on a consistent basis • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
