Customer Service Specialist
This large and international company has a number of vacancies in their Customer Service department on a medium term contract.
The client is a large and well known international business.
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
Dealing with customer queries
Dealing with customer complaints
Investigate issues, involving all relevant parties
Respond to customers via email and within an agreed SLA
Contact customers with resolution calls
Provide information on request to customersProfile
The successful candidate will be fluent in any of the below languages-
Finnish They must also be able to start immediately and work in West London.
