Responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:
Lead 3 teams across the UK and German market to provide excellent B2B customer service
Review current procedures within the team and shape a new strategy to positively change the dynamics of the customer service team
Make the environment more collaborative and give the team a chance to develop as the business grows
Implement a new system into the team for more efficiencyExperience required for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:
Strategic customer service management
Proven in taking a customer service team on a journey
Experience implementing a new system
Strong training and mentoring skills
Preferred experience in a product led industry
