FINTEC recruit is seeking Customer Service Executives – German language skills, for a European retailer. You will require to be fluent in Italian in conversing daily on the telephone and replying to customer emails in relation to supporting with orders and payments etc. This is full time, working Monday to Friday with opportunity of hybrid home working and office based in Livingston.

Responsibilities:

Tracking orders and answering customer enquiries, replying by telephone or by email in German
Liaising with warehouse and business account managers and teams in relation to resolving any issues and supporting the customer
Dealing with internal departments for customer orders such as finance for payments, invoices etc, returns departments for warranties
Advising customers of product recommendations for next seasonKey skills and experience required for the Customer Services Executives – German language skills

You will require to have good excel skills, good administrative and organisation skills
If you do have knowledge or experience any key account sales or customer service for on-line retailer/distribution this is desirable
Experience of SAP or similar systems knowledge is an advantage
