Customer Service Coordinator – German Speaking
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator for an awesome company based in St Columb.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and is office-based.
The purpose of the role is to improve consumer satisfaction and brand trust through the provision of timely feedback to all enquiries, responding with respect, empathy and clarity.
As a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator you will:
Proactively manage and respond to our consumer enquiries in a timely manner thus building brand trust and loyalty
Respond to all enquiries with clarity, accuracy, respect and empathy and in line with agreed standards
Assess and escalate any potential safety concerns as appropriate
Coordinate with line manager and global PMs to gain brand and product knowledge
Support the Warehouse Supervisor with the packing and despatch of replacement parts as and when requiredWhat skills will you possess?
Fluent / native / proficient in German
