Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaking)

Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
Process and tracking orders, keeping customers updated
Be proactive with customer opportunities through a developed sales approach, providing quotations, following up and upselling
Keep accurate customer records Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator (French speaking) role, SHOULD have:

French speaking
Good Interpersonal skills
Willing to learn
Ideally customer focused experience, from a logistics backgroundJob Offer

£20k + salary
Monday – Friday (Approx 37 hours)
