What will you be doing?
We are looking for a professional and efficient team member to join us as a customer service apprentice within Peter Cox. This role is responsible for the sales administration in the area. To support the branches and surveyors to achieve sales targets. To deliver reports and dashboard to help with sales management in the area.

Day to day you will be responsible for
Declines – DomesticDeclines – CommercialQuote Oustanding ReportsSales NumbersFollow UpsTender UpdatesUploading Development sheets and contact cardsDealing with enquiries (Pest Proofing, Tenders, Special Commercial Customer Enquiries, Rebooking surveys on NAV, Invoice and credit survey fees.)Supporting the re-inspection team when requiredHelping surveyors arrange development visitsAdministering documentation relating to a sale or post-sale paperworkMonitoring area inboxDealing with customers requiring updates or with a sales related complaint

Key Qualities
We are looking for candidates with the following skills to take on the role
IT Literate and ability to use NAV and Google AppsExcellent Customer Service SkillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage time effectively and complete daily tasksHave a good understanding of the sales processHave the ability to drive the common execution of company goals and targets
