These are office based, primarily business to business customer contact and administration roles, giving you the opportunity to begin or progress your career and become a vital part of the business The Role Starting off in the customer-centric administration side of the sales, supply chain or after care process, you’ll be dealing with customers, answering their questions, processing their orders or tracking where their goods are in the process. You’ll gather accurate data and enter it into our dedicated CRM system. You’ll be processing orders, speaking with customers and maintaining relationships. As the roles evolve, you’ll be able to resolve problems and give the customer the world-class service they need. The day-to-day: · Delivering excellent customer service by fostering relationships and striving to resolve problems · Accurate and proactive order entry / processing and tracking of customer projects and issues · Answering volume calls and emails – first line query point for our customers · Identifying and sharing leads, taking up-selling opportunities · Proactive site tracking with key project contracts and relevant internal Supply Chain teams e.g. Forecasting · Supporting outbound customer campaigns, providing accurate and reliable customer response data to ensure follow up activities are carried out effectively. · Supporting and working with customers, internal and external teams to resolve customer issues and to identify and exploit opportunities. What you’ll need: • A fantastic attitude – keen, enthusiastic and driven to succeed • To be customer focused – going above and beyond to get it right! • The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Data accuracy – quick to understand numbers • Computer literacy, the ability to work with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems • The ability to work to deadlines and understand how to prioritise work load • The agility and flexibility to be a complete team player and help others as and when required.
