Customer Service Advisor (Spanish Speaking)

Are you multilingual in both English and Spanish languages? Do you have a background in a higher-level customer service role, ideally in a contact centre environment? Can you work towards a start date of 24th August 2022?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s office in the Liverpool city centre, you can look forward to working with a globally known brand and to deliver truly exceptional customer service to customers alongside engaging with all customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.

This role to start off with involves a requirement to train from the office for a 2-6 week period but then will move to a hybrid working model.

Please be aware, when applying for this role, you must be able to commit to the following:
1. Flexible to work shift patterns working
2. No holidays booked in the first 6 weeks

Day to day duties will be:

Managing a high volume of calls on an inbound basis with the occasional outbound call.
Accurately note taking and inputting as much information as possible gained from each customer and then updating the company`s database.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish as well as in English.
Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
Working towards and achieving all KPI`s set whilst being able to work under pressure and against deadlines and targets.
Ability to adapt well to change.
Good listening, social, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
