CCA are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor (French speaking) who are fluent in French and English, with a Customer Service Advisor background, if this is you then we are keen to speak with you!

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (French speaking) to join the team in Bournemouth, working on an account for one of our leading clients. You will be answering calls in both French and English, helping to resolve customer enquiries.

The Customer Service Advisor role (French speaking) will involve:

Handling inbound enquiries via phone.
You will aim to provide a first call resolution and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Resolve issues accurately whilst adhering to business policies.
Meet or exceed production goals.
Any unresolved issues will need to be escalated.
Take responsibility for each call.
Demonstrate strong team working skills.Skills as a Customer service advisor (French speaking):

Customer service experience.
Willing to work in a 100% phone-based customer interaction role.
Self motivated, works well alone and with a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
