An award-winning organisation based in Welwyn are looking for customer focused individuals to join this UK Head Office. This role is initially on a temporary basis however there could be longer term opportunities for the right candidates. Customer Service Advisor – Job Overview This role will be delivering customer service through a variety of online platforms; Key duties: • Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls • Providing excellent customer service • Prioritising constantly, using initiative and resolving complex issues • Extensive liaison with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues • Problem solving and coping within a fast paced environment • Logging data correctly onto a system • Constantly striving for first call resolution on each and every call Customer Service Advisor – Required Skills and Experience • The ability to start immediately is essential • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage • Confidence dealing with customers over the phone • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability in maths • Strong team player with a real desire to learn and develop Customer Service Advisor – Benefits Offered • 9.00ph plus holiday pay • Monday – Friday – 8:30AM – 5:30PM • Ongoing temporary role • Free parking Thank you for your application.
