Customer Service Administrator required for an award winning utilities company in Caerphilly. £19,000 per annum Full time job – Monday to Friday – Days – 37.5 hours per week Caerphilly Business Park – Caerphilly Option is also available to work from home for part of the week All applicants must have the following: • Very good office administration experience • A confident and polite telephone manner • Very good communication and organisational skills • Experience in administration, call handling, data entry and general office administration work • PC Literate • Own Transport preferred Duties: • Taking incoming calls from clients with household repair issues and queries • Logging client issues onto internal data base system • Liaising with repair teams • Data Entry work • General Office Administration duties • Caerphilly Permanent job – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week £19k pa Fantastic job opportunity that offers pay rises, upskilling and career development.
